Advice

I am 49 female I need a hip replacement but they say I'm to young and too fat! I work as a part time receptionist on a low income. I suffer pain 24/7 can't do a lot for myself but I so what to remove the extra 6/7 stone I am carrying. A lot of this has been down to not being able to exercise.. I was a painter decorator with a very successful business. I lost this then my home I struggle to pay bills and rarely go over the door other than forcing myself to work due to suffering depression and lack of funds. Can you suggest ways of motivation and exercise so I can perhaps have the hip replacement and a life again! Both conditions are treated with medication and I am in regular contact with my GP.

Yes I have arthritis in both hips, lower back and hands. My right hip needs the replacement .... I am well aware of my eating habits I follow a healthy diet with no added fats, sugar or salt! I shed 1-2 stone then it sticks and 6/7 months it has still stuck it just won't budge without exercise.....

Did they specifically tell you that you needed a hip replacement? What exactly is the matter with your hip?
You won't be able to lose weight just by exercising. You'll have to go on a diet. Eat more fruit and vegetables, drink more water, that kind of thing.
