Arthritis at age 24?

Anybody that has an input would be greatly appreciated.

Anyway I am 24 and used to be very active in lifting weights. Now I have carpal tunnel and cubital tunnel. Starting to notice it in my shoulder as well. It all started with a pain in my wrist which I thought was from doing too many bicep curls. It has been getting much worse. By my pointer finger knuckle on both hands it is swollen. In most parts of my body I have tender joints. My ribs evn grind and Crack sometimes. Weird feeling!

Been to rheumatologist most  ecently and had blood work done and everything came back normal. He gave me prednisone about a month and a half ago and it helped for a short while. Haven't been back since but I plan to ask for a bone test? Heard that can show if I have RA.

Does anybody have an idea why I am in so much pain when I used to love going to the gym and now that is not possible. It's frustrating not knowing what it is after being to a chiropractor for active release therapy, 2 different hand surgeons, and now a rheumatologist.
