What if any is the difference between rheumatoid artritis and serio negative arthritis.

The only difference is that your bloodwork shows positive for many factors that indicate RA is present. Many, MANY patients are sero-negative, or don't show positive until much later, or may show positive, then negative, then positive. A good rheumatologist will treat you based on a wide range of evidence, not just bloodwork numbers. In any case, you should be treated exactly the same as someone with positive blood tests.
