Arthritis

I have a strong pain 6 to 7 inches from my ankle. Where the bone is. When i walk for a long time or run, the pain comes back. It's an odd feeling that i can't describe, but it hurt A LOT if i put little pressure after it begins to hurt.
Could it be Arthritis? And yes i have been exposed to an OVERLOAD amount of time in cold environment, as in in my room where the air conditioner is on around 68 and i sleep with boxers on. Could it be from that?

Is it possible that you have shin splints?  That can be very slow to heal (anywhere from 2 to 14 weeks) and would be aggravated by the activities you mention.  You should see your doctor to be sure it is not a stress fracture.  Ibuprofen, rest and ice are the usual treatment.
