Cold wet feeling in thumb and restricted movement?

Okay so recently I was diagnosed with De Quervain's tenosynovitis in my right wrist AND Fibromyalgia.

So I've been on Lyrica for almost a week and that seems to be helping a bit.

However, I was on mobic for my wrist and that did not help at all so I had to get a cortisone shot in my wrist. It seemed to help, but the pain is already back and stronger than ever. Now I have a cold, wet feeling in my thumb. I grabbed a random photo off the Net and circled the place as to where I feel that sort of feeling. I never had the feeling before. I'm also limited on my mobility and my right ankle is pretty swelled up as well. They said that was part of the Fibromyalgia, but I don't know... they said that there was no inflammation or broken bones when they took X-Rays. The pain in it has lessened, but it still lingers.

Some info about myself: I'm 21 years old. I'm a digital and sometimes traditional artist which aggravates my condition in my wrist so I haven't drawn in quite some time. I was tested for rheumatoid and osteoarthritis which came back negative. I am slightly overweight, but the weight issue was never a problem before with my pain in my ankle, but I cannot stand as long as 20-30 minutes which makes exercising difficult. I was also tested for gout and nothing.

Any suggestions I can take to my doctor or maybe an answer? I go back August 3rd to see her.
