I can really relate to your post. I had PCOS and I have RA. When you are experiencing symptoms like you describe, even a low positive RF like 44 should be investigated by a rheumatologist. If your doc is a rheumy, change docs and repeat as necessary. Early treatment is important so I think you are right to want to pursue this now.
