Joint Pain

Peace everyone,
I recently had suffered pain in my joints, knees and hands, analysis showed an ESR of 17 the first hour, and 43 the second. It is hard to walk, to hold my kid, or drive. For six months now and I am unable to know the problem, coz it was not that hard and I went to the wrong doctors, I mean not the same specialties.
Now I knew the problem aand I need to know the treatment. What is it and what is the needed time for such treatment.
People have been talking about Penicillin and Omega 3, what if my doctor asked me not to have them? do i take them by myself? thanks for your time and I appreciate it.
P.s. Rheumatoid Factor is negative in the analysis

Fibromyalgia  is what the dr. said, he prescribed Ost-Map, Triptizol and Multi Relax, for continuous treatment for three weeks.
There was no accident happened o my pain, I only go for long walks everyday and do some exercises at home, my inner psychological status had been always accused of doing such pain!
Now I am starting the medicine journey, and I wait to see enhancements.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hey Nihal!

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of her symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include infections, inflammations, injuries, autoimmune causes, metabolic issues, degenerative conditions etc. ESR is a non-specific test and could be positive with a number of infections, inflammations, metabolic issues etc.  It is not advised to take any medication without medical advice and prescription. It would be best to have this evaluated by a rheumatologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
