Hi
As most of you well know, symptoms come and go and new ones pop up before a real diagnosis.
I have had MANY problems for at least 15 years. Started with hands and feet and ankles.
I was sent to a rheumatologist. the only test results I know are as follows:
C-Reactive Protein H 0.8
Rheumatoid Factor 5
TSH 2.995
Sedimentation Rate H 40
Anti nuclear Antibody Screen H 34
Cyclic Citruliated Peptide Antibody 1
Positive ANA & positive Anti-LA
2 Schermer's tests were normal
Now I have a red spot on my big toe, not huge, but like a little red lump.
Diagnosed with neuropathy (upper limbs)
Toes on rt foot turn blueish when cold
Two toes look glossy red now, like they had been burned.
Brittle nails (toes more than hands)
heels especially painful, they also feel swollen and turn red.
Also red around the edges of the heels.
Lots of itching. Started in toes, now in arms and legs.
Left wrist and arm thicker than right
stiffness in hands in feet and neck.
now, I learn that uric acids higher than normal creating a chemical imbalance in blood.
It seems to fit under gout and scleroderma.
Do not know family history of these. I know lupus, heart disorders, thyroid disorders, kidney disorders, diabetes.
I have now been having rapid heart rate (avg 120) for long periods. I have been out of it for a couple days...could not wake up, couldnt walk steady, slurring words, constant blinking of eyes in light and in dark.
I have had frequesnt episodes of shingles. And skin infections off and on. And aometimes swelling around joints of ankles when standing long, and around knuckles of hands.
Any ideas anyone? I will try to get more information, but I just dont seem to be getting help.
Thanks for any input you may have.
