can't I have hot flashes during the day when I am freezing cold but instead must sweat my *** off in bed each night?????????
I was lucky I used to get hot flashes at night when I was just about to put another log on the fire, but didn't have to bother. It saved me money on logs. They also helped when I was in high cold windy places. I almost miss them............
I just wish people would quit telling me I'm going to need a coat or a blanket. COME ON! I'm my own heat generator!
I was very lucky not to suffer with night sweats. Just an occassional hot flash here and there.

I would like it if hot flashes warmed the feet. I am certain that when I go through the change, every part of me will be flashing but my feet will still be little blocks of ice.
I actually think Mother Nature is a man!! I mean, look at what women deal with compared to men....yep, Mother Nature has to be male!

Because Mother Nature is jealous and mean. She also takes joy in knowing that you may annoy your husband in his sleep. Why should you be the only one to suffer?
