How to help his memory??

Dear doctors or readers,

Hello my name is Samuel. I am helping a friend ask about memory and sleeping conditions. He is generally seen as a absented mind person... he works very hard but sleeps little. I think he sleeps only 1-4 hours a day... And thus one time he forget his car in the parking lot. He went to the Police and told his car was stolen but it wasn't... He also forget his passport at home while going on a trip to Malaysia...

Any solutions to solve this problem? Any tips on what to eat, when to sleep, etc. to help improve his problems? Any exercise tips or products to use?

Thank you for reading this letter, hope to hear reply from the site soon. Thank you.

Hi Samuel, the first thing your friend should try is to sleep more (7-8 hours a night) and to have a regular sleep schedule by going to bed at the same time each night.  If his condition doesn't improve, then he should talk to his physician.
