Lower left side back pain?
I have a lower left side back painn that comes and goes, it ussually comes late afternoon, night time, I have three days already with this pain. It started on Saturday around 10pm, didn't go to sleep till around 4am. On Sunday it started around 5/6 pm and I put on a ICY HOT pain relieving cream, and honestly it didn't help at all. I took tylenol pm to fall asleep, I fell asleep around 12am. On Monday I fell asleep around 11pm and didn't feel a thing. Today is Tuesday and the pain came back around 11pm right before going to bed. Its Wednesday 3:41am exactly and I can't sleep the pain is just there I, turn every possible way to feel some confort and there just isn't. I even tired sleeping in the sofa, and it doesn't work. please help. I don't have insurance so I really don't want to go to the doctor.

You can try taking ibuprofen to alleviate the pain. If that doesn't help after a few days, you should see a doctor.
