Medication side effects of muscle twitching all over

I was prescribed Lorazepam for anxiety last Dec.-June. (2 mg a day for 4 of 6 mo.) I became addicted  & could not taper off it myself so went to a detox center. They gave me phenobarbital since I reacted to the other benzos, plus Seroquel, Vistaril, & Trazadone. The detox was for 10 days and it was almost 3 months ago. I have been experiencing muscle twitching the past few weeks all over my body & some eye blinking. (not bad)One said he felt it a limbic disorder from the rapid withdrawal from Lorazepam using Phenobarital which isn't fully cross-tolerant with Lorazepam. He said the phenobarbital will not prevent a constellation of neurological withdrawal symptoms. My main worry is if it could be Tardives dyskinesia or beneign essential blepharospasm due to the use of Seroquel for 10 days with other meds. How great is the risk of taking it for 10 days? I think the dosage was 25 - 50 mg. a day. Would it be likely to show up this long after using it? I have been tapering off the Vistaril and Trazadone the past 2-3 weeks. Also, I know that lack of sleep, stress & anxiety, & fibromyalgia also can cause muscle twitching.
Possibly withdrawal from the Vistaril or Trazadone could also? I have developed "dry eye" from the meds, & that could cause the eye irritation. I never would have taken Seroquel if I knew about TD or BEB! I am so scared! I feel life would be essentially over with those conditions which are incurable and so dibilitating & disfiguring.

Thank you so much for your reply. I hope that you are right that the muscle twitching/tingling is from my fibromyalgia, myofascial pain syndrome & dry eye.
I know that is very common with those, but I haven't experienced it as much before.
I think the withdrawal from the ativan is a big part of it too, & maybe even the withdrawing from Trazadone & Vistaril could be causing that effect. Again, thank you.

It's unlikely you have tardive dyskenisia (TD) from your Seroquel use as it usually results from long term use. Seroquel does not cause blepharospasms, but benzodiazepine withdrawal can. Dry eye can also cause blepharospasms. Blepharospasms are not necessarily permanent, but they can be. Some people will have it resolve after a few days to a week. If it persists, there are some treatments that you could talk to your doctor about, such as botox. I believe that your symptoms are most likely occurring do to your fibromyalgia, myofascial pain syndrome, and dry eye.
