Progesterone question

I have been on Progesterone since July 15th.  I started at 40mg/day and have stepped down to 30mg/day
My Rheumatologist prescribed this.  I was reading about the side effects of Prednisone and some of them are listed as serious.   The symptoms of GCA have increased a lot since I started Prednisone, my vision problems have increased, occasional sharp eye pain and temporal pain that was in the right eye is now in the left eye, I am often confused, lots of arm shaking but, I had some of it before this drug, and occasional stomach problems.
My question is how serious are these increased symptoms and what are the interactions between these drugs.  It's hard to know what is causing what.

Prednisone can cause eye problems after prolonged use, however, it seems as though you are using it in the short term.  The shakiness and confusion could be side effects of the Prozac and/or trazodone.  Please consult with your physician as well.

So sorry, my hands do not always type what my brain is thinking.  I am on Prednisone, not Progesterone.  Thanks, Charley

Could you please clarify if you are on prednisone, progesterone or both? Thank you.
