WEIRD PAIN EVERYWHERE

Monday i started having severe pain in my pain arms and legs some of my joints and i felt cramped all the time.So i bought the ibuprofen gel for pain and it did not work.The day after i started having chest pains and i could not breathe properly. I felt like i had hot flashes or a hot bubble in my chest.Yesterday i was feeling much better but i had a serious migraine.I tried to ignore it,sleep,take numerous showers it did not work so i took two caplets of ibuprofen 200mg i felt better for an hour,fell asleep and woke up at 3:30am with severe stomach cramps.This is normally the case when i usually take nurofen when i have period pains.I don't understand what is wrong with me,it is one thing after the other.I have a headache now but i cannot afford to take any painkillers incase my stomach starts hurting,

I suggest that you make an appointment with your doctor for a proper diagnosis. If you experience chest pain or difficulty breathing, you need to go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

Thank you very much, i have just booked an appointment for Monday.The chest pains and breathing are not constant.I thought it was due to stress,or an ulcer or a pinched nerve .
