is this due 2 a side effect

taken anti depressants for 3 years last few months my nerves seem 2 be getting worse could this be from my medication or something else

It is possible that this is caused by the medication.  Are you taking any other medications? Can you please explain what you mean by worsening nerves?

It seems unusual that you would have a reaction to your medication after taking it for 3 years.  There is the chance that you may need a higher dosage or a new medication.  Perhaps there is some new stressor in your life causing this as well.  I would suggest that you see your doctor.

I took citalopram for a while I was referred to a pscyciatrist and he changed my meds to venlafaxine as it helps more with anxiety and I must admit it has helped me. Please don't be nervous of seeing your doctor they are there to help. Do you have agoraphobia if so ask doctor to visit you. Meds could be cause of shakes but you are best to get a doctors opinion.

thanks for reply thats only medication i take i said my nerves r worst i ment i am starting to get the shakes a lot more than usuall
