Why would one pupil be larger than the other?

ok what if someone has both tiny tiny pupils, I have now see this with my stepbrother.
I am concerned and he says he is fine. Please help me understand were to start

Uneven pupils are not listed as a side effect from your current medications. This is something that should be evaluated by an opthamologist or neurologist. Some people experience uneven pupils when they have a migraine.
