urgent help

I don't know exactly what is going on but what i do know is that i'm about to lose it. I don't know if im having a breakdown or what. I keep having these bad recurring thoughts and i cant seem to stop them. I'm currently taking xnx for my anxiety (xnx 1mg three times a day and xnx 2mg xr once a day) I'm also taking librax for my ibs twice a day. Last week I took two benicars for my high blood pressure. The last time i took benicar was back in october. Also last week i decided to taper down on the xnx. Since then i've  just  beem taking one 2mg xnx xr and the two librax, along with those two benicars that i took just for one day. I have no clue what is going on, i feel as though im falling into a deep depression/breakdown. This has been the worse feeling i have ever gone through. Can anyone help? Does anyone what can be possibly going on????

Yes that's possible when you decrease your dose too quickly.

You may be decreasing your Xanax dose too quickly if you've gone from taking your 1 mg dose to only taking the Xanax XR in one week. Discuss a tapering schedule with your physician. Or you can try taking the 1 mg twice a day for 1 week (while still taking the Xanax XR). If well tolerated, decrease to 1 mg once daily the next week, then 1 mg every other day the week after.
