My 2-3 yrs nephew is not speaking still and not playing with the child of his age or with any his sister. he is more intrested either to watch fairy stories on computer or T V. He is not interacting with anyone. Weather this is an abnormal behaviour , if yes what measure we have to take?

What does his mother think?  Symptoms of autism are: delay in speech/language, delay in social skills and odd or repetitive behaviors.  Your nephew needs to be evaluated  by a general practicioner and/or developmental peditrician to help find the next course of action.  Another avenue is to request an evaluation by your local school district to determine if your nephew is in need special education services.
