I have a brother who is 24 years old..

I have a brother who is 24 years old and he never speak and he do not eat alone or go to bathroom alone. Every day someone must take him to bathroom and help him to eat and to go to sleep. His body is normal like every 24 year old boy but he doesn't understand anything we say. He never cry, he always smile and he is very nice boy. He have very good memory and he know everybody from family.
I do not know who is in charge for problem like this, so I asking you, if someone know something about this problem to tell me something more about that.
Thank you very much

Yes, if you could post back saying what country you are in and what professionals or specialists have been involved with your brother and what, if any, diagnosis has been given.

Has he never been evaluated regarding his not speaking? Why do they take him to the Bathroom and feed him, is he not able to function doing these things, Have you a Doctor to go to he would be able to see him and do some tests and maybe get some help for him to Function better and be more independant, Let us know how hes doing I cannot answer you with so little information.
