aspergers and violent thoughts and behaviors
A four year old male with behavioral characteristics of Aspergers, has violent outbursts at home but is appropriate at school. He has injured a pet and hears voices that tell him to hurt his Mom. He has an average I.Q. Any ideas or suggestions? He's not my child but a preschool student at a school where my daughter works. I'm am fascinated that such a young child sounds like a serial killer in the making.

Yes, I agree he needs to be evaluated by a psychiatrist or start with a pediatrician.
