It is off label and an orphan drug, meaning there's no profit potential for Pharmaceuticals specially at one tenth of the standard dose ( for addictions) and the challenge is to find a doctor with a sympathetic ear, to prescribe this for his patient.
If anyone interested to try this, I have somewhere an email of a lady in the US, who maintains a list of LDN-friendly doctors who would prescribe, but only after telephone consultation.

Hi!
Naltrexone is an opioid receptor antagonist used mainly to treat alcohol and opioid dependence. It is also used to treat tobacco dependence, personality disorders, self-injurious behaviors. In low dose it helps manage the symptoms of multiple sclerosis and fibromyalgia.
The drug may not be helpful for all or any autoimmune disorder and should not be used without a doctor’s prescription. Take care!
