stinging/burning pain

7 weeks of torture.  Sudden onset of skin redness with stinging/burning pain when I use my hands (folding clothes, flexing hand, etc.) also happens to feet (when standing, walking, etc.) When I try clothes on it seems to be happening to my entire body.  This is a 24 hour condition, if I rest gets better but any activity/movement/touch redness appears with pain.  I have also noticed that I've been getting a lot of burning on top of my head and some sinus pressure. Had MRI of head and neck, everything normal and numerous blood test with no answers as to why this is happening.  Blood test shown inflammation.  In case this might help this all started after I had my first shot of Twinrex vaccine Help!  I'm on Gabepentin which doesn't seem to be helping.

After a vaccine is the big clue here.  They can be, and often are contaminated with the smallest of bacteria, mycoplasmas.  Lyme disease is related.

Fibromyalgia comes to mind, but so do several other conditions.  I don't usually turn red, though.  Sometimes, but not where the pain is actually located.

Has your doctor ruled out rheumatoid arthritis?  This often accompanies fibromyalgia for many people.  Not always, but often.

Has anyone tested your thryoid?  Thyroid issues can cause all kinds of unusual symptoms.
