ANA test low positve

M47, I was diagnosed with arthritis two months ago, and the doctor recommended several medications that significantly reduced my hand pain. After a few weeks, I started to see some skin redness, blotches, and veins on my face and in other areas of my skin near neck(hurts). My doctor advised to have an ANA test, which came up low positive. He told me it was not a major deal and gave me some anti-allergen and anti-fungal tubes and medications. What's the treatment plan for this, please elaborate?
(All other test are Negative)
