MS? Any suggestions, advice or personal experiences would help

Hello. I'm basically worried that I might have a autoimmune disorder because I've had a episode where I ended up in the ER last summer because I woke up from a nap and could barely get up. I was super weak and dizzy. It hurt to be upright and my right leg and arm were numb but also spasming. I was in a lot of pain and needed assistance walking. I was told everything looked fine and the doctor suspected MS and gave me medicine for pain, vertigo and nausea. They advised me to follow up with a neuro but I felt fine after and never did. Fast forward to this January when I moved into a new apartment. I started having pain on my palms and wrists the day we moved in. It got worse and worse and spread up to my arms, shoulders, and neck. I also had weird symptoms like facial numbness, confusion, severe nausea, fatigue, dizziness, shortness of breathe and itchiness. I finally saw a neuro and she ordered bloodwork, an EMG and occupational physical therapy. Due to my insurance being cut off I was only able to attend two opt sessions and get my blood work done. The blood work results we're vitamin D deficient, high liver levels, and positive ANA screen. My ratio was 1:160 and with a speckled pattern. I moved out of that apartment in June and felt somewhat better after but just recently I started getting pain and weird symptoms again. I've been having stomach issues including gas, bloating, constipation or diarrhea, nausea, fatigue, joint pain, nerve pain, hot flashes, insomnia and tingling at the top of my head. Can anyone relate to these things? What should I do?
