Heres my opinion as I too have some of the symptoms you describe..get a heavy metals blood test , see what toxins you may have absorbed. your Doctor can get the test for you, there is way of detoxing .Do some research for your self , see whats in the aerial spraying they are doing every day in every state

funkiechick93, I was wondering if you heard anything from your dr.

Minus the athlete's foot and the stroke, those sound much like my symptoms also.

just curious.

thanks

I would get in to see a doctor asap. Since you have history of stroke, and you said you're passing out in the shower, causes concern. Call and get an appointment! Please.

Hey funkiechick93. I like the name!

Look into Magnesium deficiency. It's very common and very overlooked!!
70-80% of all people are deficient. The foods we consume contain a lot less magnesium, as the soils contain less and the commercial fertilizers
contain none!  And this mineral is used a gazillion processes in our bods!

Magnesium deficiency symptoms are unfortunately all too common. Some of the symptoms of magnesium deficiency include headaches, nerve and muscle weakness, constipation, muscle tremors and spasms, heart arrhythmia, weakened bones, depression, seizures, appetite suppression, high blood pressure, vomiting, nausea, and imbalanced blood sugar. Other deficiency symptoms may include anxiety, restless leg syndrome, insomnia, sleep disorders, asthma, allergies, nervous disorders, fibromyalgia , arthritis,  menstrual cramps, PMS and hyperactivity and a lot more!

Blood tests are useless!!! There's a mechanism that keeps blood mg levels around 1%. Only tissue analysis will return  accurate findings.
Hair mineral analysis is also good.
Transdermal Magnesium Chloride supplementation is one of the greatest methods to supplement. I would do it daily in the beginning.
My suggestion is to supplement for a few weeks to see if you experience
improvement.
let me know if you need more details.
Wish you well.
