You may have to get it extracted and get an implant, if the tooth is indeed "dead".
Best, check with a holistic dentist also, as a second opinion wouldn't hurt.
as sometimes the root canal is not always necessary ( good for dental business?).
I had this (extraction & implant) done a few years ago and it worked out fine, but it's your call.
The oil pulling really helps and you can also do it twice daily, for added protection, whatever you decide to do.
Cheers!

Hi Niko thanks for the input. My dentist said i have a dead front tooth due to the abcess, he said i should do a root canal or infection could repeat itself. thing is i have been oil pulling for a month now with coconut oil. i still have very little pain that happens once and awhile but looks like it could work. But i'm not sure if oil pulling will regenerate the tooth. I don't want a tooth extraction cause its my upper front tooth. If i go for the root canal but continue to oil pull will it reduce the risk of bacteria?
Hi 058845.
I don't know about ALS, but definitely bacteria and toxins can get into the bloodstream and cause systemic infections.
Not sure if a root canal is necessary for this to happen, however, a root canal would be a faster way to experience such an unwanted complication.
Myself, I have read Dr. Price's "Nutrition and Physical Degeneration", and hold nothing but respect for this great medical researcher & scientist.
BTW, the book is a free download, if you search enough online, as it is public domain.
Look into Oil Pulling, as a fundamental remedy and preventive measure,
in order to avoid any such issues in the future.
I prefer to do Oil Pulling with coconut oil, because of all the medicinal properties in it and I do it religiously every single morning.
I hope this helps.
