Complex Undiagnosed Case for over 5 Years Now

I am at the end of my rope with this. Just turned 65 and feel I have lost over 5 years of my life. Have had 2 primary physicians and countless specialists:  Rheumatologists, Cardiologist, Oncologist, Endocrinologist, OB/GYN, Neurologist, Audiologist, Dermatologist, Opthamologist, etc.  Went to Cleveland Clinic. Several eliminations, but no root cause yet. Running out of ideas as to what to do next. Most docs seem to think it is autoimmune related. I am miserable and trying to keep my chin up.  Daily fevers, pain, abrupt memory loss and brain fog, balance impairment, skin/hair/nails effected, dizziness, swelling, high inflammatory markers, high WBC, swollen neck lymph nodes and sharp pains near ear lobe, joint pain, rapid changes audio/vision, blue toes/red fingers, livedo reticularis, numerous cysts developing below skin surface, incontinence suddenly, head always feels so hot inwardly, clammy cold sweats pretty much 24/7, extreme fatigue, excessive yawning most recently, CBC results out of range. Sooo….I went from State Career Development Consultant to couch potato. Help????  :0)

Maybe Sarcoidosis.

“General symptoms of sarcoidosis can vary based on what organ(s) are impacted and include:

Fatigue
Swollen lymph nodes
Fever
A feeling of discomfort or illness
Weight loss
Depression

If your sarcoidosis affects your lungs you may have respiratory symptoms, such as:

Persistent dry cough
Wheezing
Shortness of breath
Chest pain

Other important symptoms that could suggest involvement of organs other than the lung include:

Skin: rashes, bumps/nodules under the skin
Joints: swollen or painful joints
Eyes: red eye, itchy eye, painful eye, changes in vision
Heart: swelling, shortness of breath, palpitations, lightheadedness/passing out

Nervous system: numbness/tingling, pain, stroke like symptoms, seizures”

If its autoimmune related you may have many autoimmune diseases not just one.  They like to gang up on you and invite their friends.  You've certainly been to many specialists.  And, many AI diseases require different specialists for treatment and diagnosis.  Good luck and I hope you can find out more and regain some of you health.

Maybe look into POTS...some of those symptoms  are similar to POTS. My friend was undiagnosed  many years and they finally figured out what she had..POTS. Feel better soon there has to be an answer.
