I am in perfect health.... 32 female and 3 children

Don't know if this counts as a question. I  have always had irregular periods. 3 years ago started having 14 day periods. Mostly heavy. pretty clotted. then went to monthly periods. regular dr. an idiot. (me too) had ultrasound and pregnancy test. all neg. then finely he told me I was anemic. Well I went to the gynecologist gave me option to have uterus lining burned to decrease blood (don’t remember medical name) while I had my tubal ligation (spellings ???!!!) That was in August, in December the left side of my head was bald. Mostly on the temple. Then always finding a new patch. ALL THE TIME. So my symptoms are and have been for two years... tired all the time, face, neck, chest and back acne, to include painful boils on neck. (Skin is weird, cannot pick at a simple blackhead or pimple. Gross I know... nervous habit.) Weight gain, headaches that last sometimes 2 or 3 days, heel and foot pain mostly, some other muscle pain, I turn red on my ears, neck, chest, and arms with alcohol, I cannot remember anything, swollen lymph node(removed, came back benign),  I am stressed and  depressed because of all these symptoms mostly the fatigue. Have been to dermatologist, endocrinologist, back to gynecologist, a surgeon, and the Dr(not the same idiot Dr. I like him but sometimes his thought process is off. )  who sent me to all those. I have had lots of lab work all which have been negative. Still waiting on results for an ESR and ANA lab(expecting these to be normal to. LOL). I wasn’t stressed before any of this, and I’m tired of friends and family telling me it is stress. I have less stress now then ever. Call me crazy but I want to find something wrong so we can fix it. This being tired crap is REALLY upsetting me. I guess Am I crazy? is my question.    (i also have a L5 S1 spondylolisthisis,  with bilateral break) You can tell me anything but Fibromyalgia

The reason for the title is simply that i have no medical proof there is something wrong with me. All test come back normal. Silly sarcasm I guess. This is me keeping a possitive, open, and humorous look on things. Lately it is hard though.  Thank you for your advice.

Might want to look into a hormone allergy, specifically a progesterone allergy. It is thought to be very rare but I've been raising awareness for the condition and finding that I get emails from women every day with this allergy and they STILL are not diagnosed. I had it for 24 yrs before being diagnosed and was suffering from full blown life threatening anaphylaxis every month. My reactions are internalized affecting my organs and everything else, no hives or swelling most of the time so I was thought of as a hyphochondriac for years!!!! It is an auotimmune disorder that can effect muscles/joints causing pain, hairloss, acne, organ involvement, skin problems, anxiety, depression, etc. High histamine effects every part of the body, not just causes the usual runny nose/ itchy eyes. I would ask for an IgE test about 3 days before your next period and also talk to your Ob/gyn about this condition. It's called autoimmune progesterone anaphylaxis, autoimmune progesterone dermatitis, and any kind of hormone imbalance could cause what your describing, including autoimmunity but docs don't know nor tell us this. I've dealt with a ton of idiots, still am, and it will be very difficult for you to try and find a doc to even research this condition. My website devoted to this condition is located on my profile page if you'd like more information on it. Another condition you might want to look into is Chronic Candidiasis and it is not recognized or treated properly by doctors. A full body detox program seems like it would be a good idea. I do one every year and feel soooo much better for a while.

Odd title on the posting, as perfect health is not what you are describing, far from it.   Consult a good naturopathic doctor.
