What is wrong with me?

Hi everyone. For the past month or so I have been experiencing some weird symptoms and I'm not sure where it's stemming from. It started in late May. I am a college student and was stressed from finals, and noticed my hands and feet were tingling. I have never felt such a tingling before. I had no other symptoms at the time and it wasn't painful, just bizarre. I summed it up to stress since I am a high anxiety person and after a week it went away. Now in June I am worried. I feel cold a lot, and I also sometimes feel like cold "sparks" over my body. I still feel some tingling at random times but it seems when I stress or think about it it comes around. I also feel like my hands are weak, and I've had some hand pain. I also got a really bad leg cramp that stayed for like three days before I went to urgent care. I also had some diarrhea (sorry for tmi) and they gave me an iv and checked my potassium levels, which they said were low. I just want to know what's wrong, and at moment I can't go to a doctor. I am on lisinopril HCTZ and a birth control if that matters. I am just tired of feeling like something is wrong with me. I've been stressing that I have everything from a vitamin deficiency (which I've been told I've had in the past-vitamin D and I've had low iron levels) to multiple sclerosis. I'm just so anxious. If anyone could give me advice I would greatly appreciate it.

The Lisinopril HCTZ could be causing the low potassium
diarrhea and other symptoms as well.
The combination of taking a diuretic drug ( even if it is combined with an ACE inhibitor)  and diarrhea ( which could be another side-effect of your drug intake)
is concerning, since it results in significant loss of electrolytes and minerals in general.
For now try some coconut water which is very rich in electrolytes and consume some potassium rich foods, like
bananas. This should help also with the cramping, a hallmark
sign of low potassium and electrolytes.
When we stress frequently, our bodies can get depleted fast from certain nutrients, vitamins and minerals, as the body uses them to deal with the ongoing stress, thus leaving us more vulnerable.
My opinion is that you may benefit from anti-stress supplements, like B complex, but I would recommend you look for the ones which contain B12 in Methylocobalamin form, PLP B6 and Methylfolate, which are the metabolically active forms (bioavailable and need no further conversion).
If you can't get them in a B-complex, you will have to get them separately.
This could also help with the weakness, tingling and other neurological symptoms.

I have a genetic predisposition to HBP, however, I have never taken meds for it.
Instead, I take arginine , a precursor to nitric oxide, which is a known vasodilator, which helps control my HBP.
Also, I have optimized my diet,  take Omega-3s, go to the gym 5x weekly,I cycle, walk, swim, do Yoga, Qigong and I do meditation and breathing meditation a few times a week
(all this also helps with anxiety and stress management).
Consult with a Natural Health Practitioner.
You may not have to stay on  your medication for life and definitely you don't need to suffer like this much longer.
Let me know if you need more details.
Best wishes,
Niko

Thank you so much for your help! I've got some B complex vitamins around the house and I'll start taking those. I'll also try to keep my stress levels down. Again, thank you!
Check the individual B vitamins in the B-complex and compare them against the ones I suggested.
Likely, yours do not contain the preferred forms, so after you finish what you have on hand, consider the better ones, even if you can only get them separately.
On another note, you may also consider doing Magnesium Oil Transdermal treatments.
It will help you in more ways than you can think.
BTW you can make your own Mg Oil
for much less.
Mg Oil= 1/2 Mg chloride flakes+ 1/2
H2O
After dissolved, spray onto body minus sensitive parts, leave on for 20' to absorb and then shower to rinse it off.
Cheers,
Niko
