Should I worry about a positive ANA and my RF factor number?

I'm 30 years old and just received some blood results about my sedimentation rate, rheumatoid factor, and ANA. My doctor wanted to get me checked out because she has suspected that I could possibly either have lupus or rheumatoid arthritis due to having weakness in my left arm and weakness and numbness in my left ring and pinkie fingers. I have been feeling very tired on and off for the past 4 years and my left arm has these flare ups every 6 months or so. I am very confused and worried about this due to the fact no other doctor has wanted to test this before. My consult isn't until Wednesday, but I just would like some piece of mind or someone who could explain this to me. Should I be worried?
My sedimentation rate was 22, my rheumatoid factor was 36, and I am ANA positive.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you!
