Should I push for ANA?

This is a mess but, when I add my sypmotoms and family history I am concerned.  My paternal grandfather had Sjorgens and Lupus.  I have had restless legs, and have a slight rash on neck/chest.  The doctor never seems concerned.  They focus on the symptoms.  I have had a node on thyroid for 10 years, no big deal.  Now I have 3 and a lot of symptoms my gp did blood work. free thyroxine index  1.9 t3 uptake 21   thyroxine (t4)  9.1  tsh  1.510  He put me on 50 mcg of levothyroxine.  since beginning the Levo I have had multiple problems with digestion and bloating and horrible worse restless leg syndrome.  I have always had GERD but it got worse. The constipation and bloating make me sick.  I thought it might be the levothyroxine but with everything else.... It seems they just throw more meds at me.  I now have enlarged lymph glands in my stomach also, new after starting meds.  Any suggestions?
