ANA Test 1:80, RNP 1.5, U1RNP negative

Respected doctors,
I am 40. Two years ago I did my first ANA (fana) lab tests. Ana test speckled was 1:80, and RNP 1.0 All other results came out negative (U1-RNP, CCP, IgG-abs, ds-DNA-ab, chromatine abs, SS-A/Ro(60kD), La/SS-B, Sm (B'B/D), U1-RNP/SM, Scl-70, Jo-1/Histidyl-tRNA-Synthet., Ribosomal P-protein abs, c-ANCA, p-ANCA, Cardiolipin-Ig-(G/M/A), B2-glycoprot.-1-ab, Lupus-anticoagulant, MAK/TPO-abs).
After 7 months I repeated the ANA test, everything remained the same, except RNP 1.1.
A hew days ago I did my third ANA test, everything remained the same again, except RNP 1.5.
What could this possibly mean? Why is RNP rising? Is it an indication for SLE or MCTD, although U1RNP is negative?
Thanks very much in advance

Thankyou very much indeed respected Dr.Mathur.
You may be right about the arthritis since beside the upper posted results, mt RF has been moving back and forth, like for example border line is 14 and over the past two years it was 9, than 13.9, 14.2 and now 9 again.
What bothers me as a decision is my wish of being pregnant for the first time at the age of 41.
I am afraid of would could the pregnancy eventualy  provoke, knowing it coul be a trigger for autoimmune disease ...
I live in a small country in Europe (Fyrom) and there are practicly no reumathologists to consult here.
So I would kindly ask for one more opinion of yours concerning my results, my age and pregnancy.
Hoping I will receive your answer once again,
I send you all my kind regards, thanking you in advance.

Hi!
If only RNP is positive then SLE or any other autoimmune disorder is less likely. It is more likely to be a mixed connective tissue disorder. However, if you do not have any symptoms and anti-U1-RNP antibody is negative, then you just need periodic follow ups as presence of anti-U1-RNP antibody is diagnostic of mixed connective tissue disorder. This ANA pattern and RNP can also be due to rheumatoid arthritis. Do discuss this with your doctor. Take care!
