Permanent eyeliner and Sjogren's

I would like to refresh my permanent eyeliner. It has all but disappeared after 20 years. Yes, my eyes are dry, but not my worst problem--that would be no saliva!! So, wondering because of autoimmunity, if I can do this again. BTW, had tattoo on right foot in memory of our daughter in March of last year. It has healed just fine. Had Sjogren's at that time as well. Thanks.

That's what I'm afraid of, but then there's the one just a year ago, on the foot, honoring deceased only child, that healed very nicely. Of course, these are the eyes. Oh, perhaps safest just NOT to............. sigh..................

Well, tattoos weaken the immune system, so it doesn't make sense to me.
