low RBC, WBC Neutrophil absolute & high Lymph

I am concerned about my abnormal blood test and cant see a specialist for 2 months. Can you  please share your opinion. My mother is currently diagnosed with T-cell Lymphoma and my father is 1 year in remission of CLL (Leukemia) I have had to take care of both of them and so you can imagine my concern for this blood work that I had done recently because of some unpleasant symptoms of aches, malaise and fatigue.

Hemoglobin-8.3 low
Hematacrit-26.7 low
MCV-71.2 low
MCH-22.1 low
MCHC-31.1 low
RDW-18.5 high
Lymphs- 53 high
Neutrophils absolute-1.30 low
ANA 80 high

I have WBC 2.6 Hemaglobin of10.5, MCH 25.7, MCHC 30.9, RDW 16.1, Neutrophils(absolute) 1.0, Sjorgren's Anti-ss-A 8.0 and my sed rate wester 57.

I was told I just have basic leukopenia but I feel this isn't right

I appreciate your concerns. The low hemoglobin, hematocrit and other parameters and high RDW indicate chronic anemia. Since there is associated neutropenia or low neutrophils, it is more likely to be due to Vit B12 or folate deficiency. Blood cancers result in very low or very high blood cell count. This is not yet evident in your case. While you wait to see a specialist, get a peripheral smear to see the cell types in your blood. Also, start eating healthy and ask your doctor if you can start vitamin B12, folate and iron supplements. Take care!
