Help: Low back, SI Joint, Hip, Groin pops

I need any advice.  It started 12 months ago and hasn't improved even after PT, Injections, exercise, MRI's, CTSCANS, NSAIDS etc.  Until this sudden pain I was a very active, healthy 29 year old male.

Symptons:
a) Constant pain at Sacrum area (SI Joint).  Muslces on top of Sacrum are very tender and always swollen 24hrs a day.
b) ***When I lift legs individually or rotate hips (rolling over in bed, getting in/out of car, turning in office chair) I get a "popping" or "shifting"/"click" or "pop" right at the SI, tailbone area.   This happens frequently throughout my days.
c) Sitting is very painful and gets worse the longer I sit. The only relief is to stand and that makes the pain lessen, but is still there.
d) My groin feels week and pops occasionaly.
e) Over the last year I have also had increasingly more health issues that I never had before: carpal tunnel, popping sholders, aching and popping RT ankle.  All of these are new since my back pain started.

I have done all that I know to do.  I have an appointement with a Rheumatoid doctor in a month, but after that I'm lost.  I hurt 24 hrs a day and it is now affecting my family life, work and outlook on life.  I just want to be able to enjoy my kids and wife like I used to.

I have had SI joint injections, PT, NSAIDS, Xrays, MRI (low back), CT Scan (low back).

Do I have a blood or bone issue, back issue, SI issue, Groin issue or a tailbone issue?

Any input is greatly appreciated.

Thanks, JT

What did your MRI and CT reports say about the lumbar spine, specifically from L1-S1?
This tailbone pain you're having could be referred, that's why its important to know what exactly those scans showed. Doctors will sometimes minimize findings.

You did state that the injections didn't help at all, correct?

I had the SI joint "poping" too, and was an adult athlete, it sucked!  I could actually feel it slide when I rolled over in bed, freaky. Hips were twisted for several years at lower vertebrae, chiro helped snap it back in place. PT on the Med - X machine helped keep it there. Other PT did nothing. I practice myfacial trigger piont muscle realease on problimatic areas daily when its acting up. A PT that does manual muscle work can show you this and what book to buy. Trigger point release by Davis and Davis. I still have occasional problems, not as bad. I also do lumbar extensions weekly, if I skip them then the pain can come back. Completely eliminating the sorness would be a dream.

You mentioned other problem areas as well. Are you fatigued at all? Low thyroid can cause all of this muscle pain and lots of other things, men get this too. The tests are TSH free T3 and Free T4.

There is also some thing called Ankolosis Spondilitis that you nee testing for.

Lymes disease testing is also goo to get.

So did they find anything from the MRI, like disc bulging?
