I've neck pain for last 6 months.

Hi, I am new here, but I have been looking at this site while now trying to find someone with similar symptoms that matches with mine. I am a 45 year old middle aged man and I have a neck pain for last 6 months. The pain is more when I look straight up or when I suddenly turn. When I wake up in  mornings, I don't have this pain but the day goes on it gets worse. I’ve been in a treatment for last two months, but didn’t feel any change. Last day, I saw one of my school friend and her mom who had a similar situation like that  of mine. She had done her treatment in Athletic Edge in Toronto and she is almost fine now. Anyhow, I’m going to give it a couple of week without any type of care and then I will go to a spine specialist to see what they have to say.
