If this pain is ellicited mainly after sitting for prolonged periods or with forward bending postures then improves with standing, walking or spinal extension it sounds consistant with a bulging disc?.
Look up a McKenzie  trained Physical Therapist to further diagnosis and treat from a mechanical stand point and Good luck.

There are strenghtening excersises for lower back issues if you google your condition or symptoms. Maybe go see a good phsyical therapist to get
some direction on safe excersises to do.
You are very young to have back pain, have you suffered any kind of injury from sports or a fall perhaps?

I also suffer from pretty severe back pain and these are some of the things I have tried with some success.

Feel Better and hope this helps...

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there!

Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include postural issues, joint inflammation/ degeneration, neuro-muscular causes such as muscle sprain, nerve impingement, injuries to muscles/ ligaments, inflammations, spinal causes such as degeneration, micronutrient deficiencies, referred pain from other regions etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought. Meanwhile you could take some tylenol/ OTC NSAIDS and see of these seem to help.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
