Back Pain - Help me please

Hello,

I have been suffering from Back pain from past 8 months or so. It is the upper back pain, also on the right side of my chest. Not so much once i wake up, however, It gets worse as the day progresses. I had an MRI scan and the report says everything is normal. I have been consuming a few pills upon my doctor's advise but it is not serving any purpose. This some what scares me these days since i'm just 28 years old.

Kindly help me.

Regards,
Pradeep

As things have not been improving for you, you may want to go back and see your doctor so they can re-examine you and advise you on an appropriate course of action.  This might involve referral to someone like a chiropractor for treatment and advice.

Hi Pradeep,
Unfortunately, the late 20s is not an uncommon age to begin to experience back pain. If you're interested in ways you might be able to self-manage your pain, you might look here: http://www.backcare101.com/content/lesson-3-spine-tutorial-0
The site offers suggestions on ways you can improve spinal stabilization and be more conscious of the way you use your spine. Hope this helps. Good luck.
