Cant move neck and felt something on my spine WTF
Heard some sort of crack in my neck and after a few seconds i cant move my neck right and up.
Now its a little better but i tried sitting on my sofa and for like2 seconds had soe sort of pain on the lowest vertabrae of my spine(at the tail bone).It felt like i felt the tail bone for 2 seconds.

Do you have any numbness or tingling anywhere? Any loss of movement? Do you feel any spasms?
Have you tried any ice or heat to see if that helps?
Did you do anything unusual prior to this happening or have your head rested in an odd position?
Do you have a history of neck or spinal problems?
If the symtpoms continue or you answered yes to my first question, seek medical attention. Otherwise, give it time and try ice or heat and gently try moving your neck if you have no history of neck or spine problems.
