Confused about pain

Hello,  I am new to the site and have been having issues for the past several monthw concerning a stabbing pain between my shoulder blades which can be worse and ok at times.  Also have had abdominal tingling and twitches, body aches.  I have seen my regular doctor and  a gastro doctor several months ago and did a endoscopy whch was fine, blood work in normal, chest x-ray was normal.  Going back to my gastro next week and also getting a CT scan on my chest.  Just wondering if anyone else has had these symptoms.  Pain in the back is like a knife in my thorasic part of my spine.  I have full range of movement no problem but it feels tight and painful.  Also had tingling in abdoman and electric like shocks.  Could this be a disc problem or a pinched nerve?  Chest X-ray was normal.  I'm a bit concerned at this point.  Can anybody help?

I am not sure.  A couple of years ago I had this horrible pain in my back (in between my shoulder blades that went through to the front)  I know this sounds weird but it was inbetween a dull ache all the time and a sharp knife like pain.  I went to several md's that thought that I had a slipped disk but after the mri report found I didn't.  Finally I went to my chiropracter, he determined it was a rib out of place and fix me really quickly!  I just thought maybe look into something like that b/c mine was very painful!  Good luck!

Wouldn't that show up on a chest x-ray?

It could possibly be a rib out of place.  I had one out of place and it hurt between my shoulder blades and would feel it stabbing through to my sternim...it was very painful!
