Lower back pain

I fell down today really hard on my bum. For a few minutes I felt quite dizzy, my vision was blurring a bit and my hearing went funny. This has happened twice before when I've fallen back pretty hard. Why does this happen?
Also, this time the lower part of my spine really hurts when I sit down and put pressure on my backside.  What can i do to decrease the pain?

It sounds like you may have some neurological problems You should go and see a neurologist to see why you are falling like that. You don't want to have and episode like that and be driving or something and getting seriously hurt. Try getting a pillow and adjusting it under you to see if that takes the pressure off your tail bone you could have bruised or even cracked it when you fell. Take some ibuprofen or nsaid for any swelling and pain and if it gets worse go to the dr and have it checked. Also try and ice pack to see if that helps the pain/swelling. Best wishes, Sissie
