back pain

I have had back problems over ten years now.  when i had insurance i went to a doctor for 3 years.  he diagnosed me with fibermilga and i had a mri done and was told i had a dehidrated disc and deteriating disc.  i also have a form of scolosis because my spine is curved sideways and one of my hips are higher than the other.  i had an xray to find out about my spine.  the curvage in my spine could not be found by an xray taken while i was lying down but when i had the xray standing up it showed a major curvage in my spine.  as of now i have no insurance and cannot afford a doctor bill nor can i afford another mri or other test that go along with my back problems.  is there some where i can talk to a doctor online and order some type of pain meds because this helped me before when i had a doctor and insurance.  as i age my back is just getting worse and i can't stand the pain anymore.  please help.  i need and online doctor who can write prescriptions without costing me an arm and a leg.  thank you, sissy
