Apparently Midrin was made and marketed before the current FDA drug approval process was in place. It was never reviewed by the FDA for efficacy and safety. Companies may have stopped manufacturing to comply with FDA regulations.

There are compounding pharmacy's that have the ingredients and can make this drug for you just have to make sure the script is for Isometheptene Mucate, Dichloralphenazone and Apap and not Midrin.
