Movement in back causing pain in skull

Hi! When I arch my back inwards I get a stabbing pain in the back of my skull. There is slight discomfort in my lowerback but no pain- only in my head. It feels almost as though the movement is causing something in my head to be 'poked' and does feel like some kind of nerve pain. This has been happening for at least a year and it hasn't been a problem as it only really affects me when I dance and I can tolerate the pain, but I am concerned incase continuing to dance on it is damaging something. I did have a minor csf leak in my back about a year ago so I suppose it's possible it could be related to that. Any help is appreciated!
