I'll try to make this as short as possible. Back in June, I took a really long road trip with friends. 13 hours each way. During the trip, I had pain that radiated from my neck to my upper back and into my arm. At first, I thought it was a muscle strain. But after a month, it did not go away.
Naturally, went to the doctor who diagnosed me with "cervical somatic dysfunction" and sent me off to physical therapy. The official paper diagnosis said I had a neck sprain. During the physical therapy session, I developed a symptom where I felt like I was going to faint and just fall over.
The pain went away after 3 weeks of physical therapy but the symptom, is still there and it's very debilitating on every day life. So much so that this symptom occurs almost all the time when I'm either in a movie theather, sporting event or even sitting in my chair at work. I can't even get into the movies and sporting events now because I can't handle it, before this I had no issues. It feels like a panic feeling, but I'm not panicking (other than the fact that this keeps happening).
Does anyone know what in my neck or back could cause something like this? I've already had 2 more x-rays done on my neck and there was no damage. Should I attempt a few trips to a chiropractor?
