Severe pain between vertebrae (torn muscle or ligament??)

Hello.
Literally just moments ago something must've snapped between T2 and T3 (or maybe one portion lower, hard to tell) vertebrae.

I just pushed my head against hands and suddenly there was severe pain. Tried to get up but received sudden onset of tinnitus (worse than my usual squeal) and got really hot for a moment.

Now it still hurts like hell and every tiniest movement like breathing and just laying down hurts. Also have chills and quirks (muscle cramps?).

Did I just really torn muscle (or ligament)??
Help.

ive suffered back pain awhile (refer to my blog)i hope you are suffering from a muscle strain, try a muscle relaxant or anti-inflammatory medication.to reduce swelling and pain.ive also suffered from this condition and it could be the disk pressing on a nerve.which wont show up on an x-ray but will on an MRI scan.best wishes on a fast recovery.......zy

Week and few more days has passed. Most pain is gone and only occasional pain shooting through neck muscles accompanied by stiffness. Doing some light exercises in hopes to regain full flexibility.

Thanks.

I hope in week's time I'll be good again.
Right now it hurts only when I move. Some gel helped enough so it not hurts so much.
