Small lump in neck occasional headaches

I have a small lump a few inches below my right ear, I've had it for about 4 years? I've had headaches or neck aches causing headache like pains, though usually it's a slow thumping/pulsating type pain it can last for hours up to a few days. The pain tends to be around the lump and near my right temple as well as the bridge of my nose to the right. There also tends to be pain in the back of my head towards the right, shocker. The lump is usually a bit bigger or swollen during the pain. Otherwise the lump tends to be quite small, size of 2 grains of rice. About. The pain started off small and moderate but now it's horrible. I'm searching the Web trying not to get paranoid but you know how the Web likes to work you up.. I'm hoping to find answers.

No I haven't. I don't have the money for an appointment till the 7th of February. I actually just found another lump smaller than a pea a few inches above my collar bone.

Have you been checked out for a sinus infection?
