So I hurt my back at work last august 08 I went to physio but could only do so for half the time I was supposed to. (Do o it not working with THEIR schedule so I had to get a new job during physio hours) The pain is under my left shoulder blade and hurts alot more when im doing ANYHTHING other than sitting for the whole day. Im trying to go for long walks and do sit ups to strengthen it but it hurts like crazy. Any possitions or stretches to make it better that any one knows of?
