Hi and thanks for writing back. I'm so glad to hear you are ok. I was worried you might have meningitis by the symptoms. Yes, I know what back pain is like I've had it for over 2 years and been on pain meds too. It is hard but I hope you can get better from it. Walking has been the God send for me even though it hurts in the short term. I've had sinusitus too and it is pretty miserable. The antibiotics should help in a few days but they also told me to steam in the shower or put your head over a pan or metal bowl with boiling hot water and Vicks if you have it an a towel over your head and steam yourself (obviously don't burn yourself). Take care and I'm so relieved it wasn't more serious. Whew!

my messages are off from typing in the dark on a laptop with long nails, i miss words letters, and also was on pain pills for my back. I did go to the er, and they diagosed me with sinusitis and presribed anitbitoics and gave me a double dose of toradol. So feeling even better today, Hopefully it continues, but ai did get a scare. The doctor had said when people come in with headaches which to me was an understatement they check for brain tumours, menigitist and so  on, thankfully it waswn't to serious, but sinusitis does make one very sick. Today I still have a headach above the eye but the neck pain has gone away so happy it was so painful. Thank you for taking the time out to give advice, it is better to be safe then sorry so I thank you God Bless!

I still think you should go to the ER now not tomorrow. You sound like your messages are somewhat off (that is ok ) I am just worried that something is very wrong. Please let me know how you are and if you go in what they say.
take care,

Hi , do you a fever or a sore throat or any type of infection? Meningitis can cause you to not be able to touch your chin towards your chest.  Usually migraines are on one side of the head and one eye and can make you vomit or feel nauseated but not always. Because of the upper back pain and stiff neck I would go in to the ER because you could have something more serious. I know you want to but in your case I would. It is possible you did something to your back as well. These things can happen even when you sleep. If it turns out to be a migraine so what if it isn't then you were playing it safe. I can lift my head up with the migraine but it hurts a lot when I do so but still because of the back pain and stiff neck these are red flags.
let me know what happens after you get back if you can.
