back pain

hello im a 23 yr old female with 2 boys and lately i  have noticed i have been getting a dull discomfort pain in the top of my back and my also feels a bit tight could this just be tension???? sometimes also i get tingles in my back but im low in iron and my vit b12 is at 278 so could the tingles be vitiam related?? and when i do experience the tingles when i lift my top up or take it off it ggoes away??

well it turns out the doctor said its muscle spasm and tension....

ya thats really strange i wonder? hopefully r dr can giv u some answers n get to the bottom of it, n ya i no
eating good or e en at all lol is a task when u have kids lol

it is werid about the tingles like when i dont have a top on i dont get it or if i have a singlet top on exposing my back it wont happen so i dunno

hey thanks for the replys yea i have been taking them for a week now n vit b12 too so hopefully its just vitiam defiency coz as you would know its very hard to eat right with kids!! but i am going to the docs on fri so fingers crossed it aint nothing serious

also im very low on iron too n would get tingles in my arm n hands even feet n they told me thats y. but for your back like i said ask your doc n see if everythngs alrite n wat to do to mak it better n go away! oh n start takin those iron pills!! lol.

i have bad back pain n 3 small children too but have had back pain since i was very young. n its also upper back. the back pain is prolly from lifting you sons and inflamation. what i would do n i do myself i rub asper cream on the area that hurts it relaxes the muscles. then jus have some rub it it helps alot. now with the tingling im not sure?? but i would jus get it checked n see whats goin on i would def get it checked out. goodluck
